Shipping & Delivery
As soon as we have received your payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible. We usually ship within 1-2 working days. Al our European shipments are shipped with DPD. Our shipments outside of Europe are delivered by UPS. Should you require an express delivery or have any further questions, please send us an e-mail.
Privacy & Security
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
Returns & Replacements
Should a product or shipment is damaged, please inform us within 48 hours in writing via fax or e-mail. If a product is damaged, please provide us with as much information and details (photo's etc.) as possible
Failure to provide such documentation will render the request invalid. Upon notification, Benjamin's Wine Store will send you replacement merchandise provided it is still available and instock, or credit you in full for the sales price (exclusive of shipping and handling charges) of items which are no longer available. 
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Benjamin's Wine Store, ships replacement wines, if any, to you without charge.
With the exception of damaged or missing merchandise subject to the terms described above, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges.
Once the wine has been shipped, the sale is final.
